I'm too afraid to look at the sky,
For the stars remind me of eternal joy,
And I don't believe in hope,
It seems like failure's ploy..

I don't smile too often
for it may be my last one,
And I don't play along,
for I'm scared of fun..

But when I close my eyes,
I feel free,
Even if I'm dead
this darkness enlightens me..
